This weeks free font is Nautilus Pompilius. A beautiful script font designed by Punk You Brands from Moscow, Russia.

Their typeface “is a modern script with smooth contrast. Designed for using in headings, logos, posters…”. The font contains a lot of ligatures, stylistic alternates and swashes. As a result this helps to add more diversity and uniqueness to your text and designs. Everybody loves a free font and this is no exception. I personally love the swooshes that make up the characters, especially the tail on the y; for this reason it’s absolutely stunning. Nautilus’ swooshes and ligatures add motion to the typeface, in the case they would be ideal for many modern and “hipster” brands. To illustrate of my point, imagine a beard or man grooming kit using this font.
