Freedom is NetPay’s ecommerce platform that provides merchants with a free online shop that uses NetPay’s payment gateway to take payments. Several logo routes were offered to the client, they ultimately decided on the one that they drew up originally. The website is used as a platform to signup leads and inform customers about the solution.
The target audience for the Freedom platform is businesses that want to offer ecommerce solutions. This can be done as either a standalone solution or alongside their current face to face card payment offering.
The website had to be engaging for the customer and communicate the solution being offered in a clear and concise way. Our main target audience was merchants new to ecommerce; we therefore had to communicate the benefits of our solution over others and how we can support their business with online and face to face card payment services.
The logo was created for digital and print. The colours originally represented the four merchant touch points. These were social media (yellow), marketplaces (green), face to face (purple), online (red), and blue was the supporting fifth colour. This was changed towards the end of the project due to products not being available or dropped. Upwards arrows were used to represent forward motion and improved sales for the customer. The name Freedom is the core value for the business, “sell online for free, forever”.
The website was created for desktop and then for tablet and mobile. The stinger is created for 1920x1080px videos.
