During the brand refresh and growth of NetPay I was briefed to create a document that communicates who they are, the services they provide and why businesses should partner with the company. The content was supplied by the Managing Director. All stages of proofing was communicated directly with the board members which sped up the amends process.
The document was primarily used draw in potential new partners and customers. The partners the company were trying to attract were those such as Costco, G4S and Brakes.
Much of NetPay’s external communication can be overwhelming and uses a lot of jargon. My challenge was to simplify the language and keep it in plain. Additionally, I was also tasked to make the content more digestible and understandable for the readers. A method used to achieve this was by using iconography to create a visual association.
This document is an internal publication thats primary use was to be emailed to new partners and customers. File size was critical and the text had to be readable on mobile devices. Landscape orientation was chosen as it best suited the content being communicated.
Several projects in this portfolio cover various aspects of the brands refresh, however, they deserved entirely separate portfolio entries.
